Azure Table Development round 1

在 Azure 開發相當的緩慢，除了趨近於零的 Community Support 和 python 相關的文件，許多錯誤標準回傳值也讓人摸不著頭緒，比如 Azure Table 很喜歡回傳類似這種 Error
